I had the pleasure of meeting Jack Lang, Sales Manager for Fish Window Cleaning Company in Southfield, MI. Jack purchased my book Smile: Sell More with Amazing Customer Service from my website last Friday. He read it over the weekend then called to tell me he wanted to order three more copies.
