It would leave a bad taste in your mouth about the area in general. If this happens a few times you will likely vacation somewhere else the next year.
Tourist businesses are seasonal. It’s tough enough to make money with good customer service. Throw in a wrench like poor customer service and the odds are stacked against you. The good news is that tourist regions can thrive with simple customer service and sales training.
