According to the article, Executives Say the 21st Century Requires More Skilled Workers, communication skills will become more important to businesses in the future, according to a new survey conducted by American Management Association. The majority of survey respondents agreed that their employees are measured in communication skills (80.4%) during annual performance appraisals.
